The service and assistance I receive on a consistent basis from Bayside is unmatched. They are patient with my inquiries as I’m not the most motorcycle savvy guy. Thank you Bayside for making me feel confident with such specialized items. The pipes stayed that beautiful blue BTW.

I had a great experience. Wanted to purchase 2 items, I emailed to verify stock count was correct on the website. Got a reply the following day with confirmation. Ordered and they arrived 2 days or so after. Kevin also put the smaller item in the box with the larger item to save shipping costs. Thanks Kevin

This was my first purchase from Bayside Performance and after putting in my order for a set of Arrow headers and paying the bill, not cheap and hard to get for this bike, silly me decided to look into some of the ratings Bayside Performance was getting. Especially after a forum member on Super Tenere forum posted an alert concern. The next day Bayside Performance emailed me and advised me of the special order and it would be 6-8weeks before I would see my purchase. I decided to go ahead and confirmed the order, the fact that they advised me keeping me informed was a big plus and took the chance. 7weeks later as promised the purchase was at my door. My purchase at Bayside was positive and would not hesitate to order anything from Bayside Performance, as promised they delivered. Thanks for reviewing

Ordered a SC project slip on for my bmw s1k 2023. Was told it’ll arrive within 5-7 days. It did just that. Received the shipment within the told time and in perfect condition as said to be. The slip on sounds perfect. Ended up buying some other little things and the experience for that too went very well.

Only have experience ordering online never been in the shop. But I must say excellent customer service. First order I did was a special order, great help ordering, came in a timely fashion and all was good. Second order was a battery. Received right away and all good on their end. Then the battery bit the dust in 12hrs. Gave them a call and they said no problem send it back for a new one. I said I am not really trusting of the brand now. He said send it back and we will issue a refund then. I appreciate not getting the run around and I will definitely shop here more in the future.

I have ordered a full M4 exhaust system on Tuesday May 24 and received my item on Thursday May26 . This guys know what they are doing . I have never seen anything like them before . Even amazon cant be this organized and on time. Cheers to the Kevin and his team 😊 will definitely buy more stuff for my motorcycles from them. …

I ordered a Yoshimura exhaust system from them a few months ago. They respond pretty fast on email and deliver the item with in the promised time frame.
